I love that Tokyo is a city of polar opposites. On one end you have super modern architecture that tests the edge of laws of physics and then you turn around the block and march face-flat into a harvest festival where everyone wears traditional happi coats and getas.
Best of all, they are chanting their heart out for the neighborhood's best mikoshi, the palanquin that takes a team of people's shoulders to make its way out and about the streets.
